Remote setup & security hardening

Bought cameras or smart devices and installed them yourself? Wherever you are in Australia, we connect remotely and make sure they’re set up properly and can’t be easily hacked.

What we do in the session

• Update firmware on cameras, recorder, hub and router
• Replace default and weak passwords and switch on two-factor login where the app supports it
• Move cameras and smart devices onto their own network where your router allows
• Close risky port forwarding and set up secure remote viewing
• Check recording, storage and motion alerts are working
• Send you a short written summary of what we changed

How it works

1. Request a session below and tell us what equipment you have.
2. We confirm a time and send a secure remote-support link.
3. Allow about 90 minutes. Larger systems are quoted first.
